| I am a criminologist and sociologist, specializing in radicalisation, extremism and terrorism. I hold a PhD in sociology/criminology, M.A. in international criminology, and a B.A. in sociology. |
My work is closely related to conspiracy theories through my research on prejudice-motivated crime, radicalization, extremism, and terrorism. In my research, I examine various conspiracy theories and the modus operandi of extremist and terrorist offenders, as conspiracy beliefs often play a significant role in these contexts. In addition, I teach at a University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and provide training for police officers on these topics. I continuously incorporate the latest research findings into both my academic work and teaching.
